Getting an invitation to Eden
If you have read the book, heard about Eden, and want to join, but you don't know an existing member...
Eden is an invite-only community, intended to grow based on the trust of personal relationships. So the invitation process is strictly member-initiated. Building a high-trust community is, by far, the focus over growth.
However, there are ways you can find members and increase your likelihood of receiving an invite:
- Since we're looking for people committed to supporting the governance process, the best way to get an invite is to contribute to Eden. See our Opportunities page to see how you might contribute (or suggest a way you want to help out)
- Introduce yourself on the EOSCommunity.org forums. A thread has been started for that purpose: Eden Introductions Thread.
- Reach out on Eden and EOS Telegram groups. A good place to start is the EdenOnEOS Telegram group. Existing members will often show their membership by changing their Telegram profile name or something similar to announce that they're a member.
- Check the member directory to see who you know and reach out to them.
